EMERAS CO. LTD (known publically as Emeraas Emergency Assistance) is a specialized emergency support organization incorporated in Thailand. Operating from our central dispatch base in Hua Hin (Hin Lek Fai Subdistrict), we provide a 24-hour hotline and field support setup engineered to assist foreigners during critical, unexpected situations.
We believe that language boundaries, unfamiliar laws, and complex medical systems should not prevent expats and tourists from receiving fair, human, and professional treatment in times of crisis.
Our Central Helpdesk in Hua Hin
Our hotline desk is operated by multi-lingual Emergency Response Officers fluent in English, Thai, French, and other languages. They are trained in dealing with local traffic police, medical coordinators, and legal bail advisors.

We are constantly expanding our rescue network and local representation across Thailand. If you are based in Hua Hin, Cha-am, Pranburi, or Phetchaburi, we regularly open recruitment for:
- Emergency Response Officers (Call Center): Fluent in Thai & English, managing emergency cases and liaising with local providers.
- Independent Sales Representatives: Flexible commission-based agents representing our Emergency Assistance Card.
